4 Strategies for Companies Who Want to Build a Thought Leadership Culture: Ideas from Jennifer Dulski of Change.org

As part of the research for my new book on how companies and organizations build a thought leadership culture and scale their mission and ideas through thought leadership, I had the pleasure of interviewing Jennifer Dulski, President of Change.org.

As she is a key executive at an organization serving changemakers, I was interested to learn from Jennifer what strategies they have adopted at Change.org to inspire change-makers and scale thought leadership behaviors and actions within their own organization. Here are four of their success strategies we discussed: Start by hiring social change agents; adopt a philosophy that “every student is a teacher”; create a safe space for employees to share their expertise; and encourage employees to speak on behalf of the organization.
